From another forum my thoughts: bloody hell, As said we did not hear what was said or happened at the start BUT he was a twat for kicking out but that does not give anyone the right to try and run someone over and ram them off their bike
seen this before - mental aint it! bloke in front of me the other morning got knocked off. On the A2 heading into london, stationary traffic either side, prob filtering at 30mph, gap in middle lane appears and van pull straight infront of the bike (old cbr1000) he locks up and ploughs straight into the van. help him and the bike up, askes if he wants me as a witness, he says no as he aint bothered as its a work hack, i leave him standing next to the guy in the van with a rather firm grip around his neck. first weekday commute on the bike, first half hour, first (1 of 2 that day) accident - exactly why i dont see the fun in taking the bike to work!
