M&p do a lowering kit for the blade, it's about £60 But you'll also need to mod the side stand, I have seen a link for one and will try and find it

I've done 13k on my 08 from brand new, like Mr B I would avoid stupidly low mileage bikes to many questions to be answered unless you know the owner
To be fair I've only been on the bike once this year and only seen the sun about 3 times, so it's not much better here
