I'm not sure if that's just down to the different gearing the 06&07 blades run as standard. They have +2 on the rear difference from the 04&05 blades.
That's the 04 and early 05 bikes, they sorted the problem after that by fitting a different alternator.
Thats the 06 & 07 bikes. simmilar to 04 & 05 bike but quite a few changes.
06 and 07 are the same bike mate. If it looks different the 06 is probably a late registered 05
