SOLD Following a disappointing test of the new RR-R SP, I'm switching brands for a while. Consequently my bike is up for sale and can be had for the bargain price of £8250 if you get in quick. A part exchange has been agreed but I'd rather a fellow biker has the chance to get their hands on it before the dealers add their premium. 2017 CBR1000RR (SC77) bought new by myself in December 2017 and registered on a 67 plate. It has done 16,800 miles or so, MOT until December. The valve clearance service was done by BSD Performance of Peterborough last September. At the same time it had the forks serviced with new oil and seals. New chain and sprockets, new air filter, new front pads. New Power RS rear that has now done about 1000 miles so plenty of life left and the edges are untouched. It has a Puig light smoke screen, ASV levers, Evotech rad guard, OEM quickshifter, Scorpion Serket Taper exhaust and has been mapped to suit the exhaust by BSD Performance (176bhp at the rear wheel).
My new bike has been delayed. There was some transit damage to the swingarm so it is being replaced. The good news is that you have an extra couple of weeks to grab a bargain, and the price has dropped to £8250.
Thanks. He got it for a good price. I hope he enjoys it as much as I have, and it serves him as well.
I think you both did well. He was round my place earlier trying my SP out for size and getting a feel for it. Hopefully he’ll have it at the TT for some fun
