Carbon fiber mmmm. But how much is to much I just fitted a carbon Yoshi and I had a look at some other carbon parts to match but how much is to much or is there such a thing as to much carbon fiber.
I was going to fit some tank panels seat panels bellypan and the short rear Hugger Ome style on and then I tought about some carbon air scoops and front mudguard as well. But where to stop is the question.
And this is the bike they will be going on to with the nice new can.

My rule of thumb is this: leave all painted body panels as they are. The cheap plastic on my blade was replaced with carbon, in fact... i`ve replaced all unpainted plastic parts with carbon. Looks better to me, and blends in really well.
I've only got the belly pan from zero limits, everything else is from GB Moto or Ilmberger but the Zero Limits stuff is the best quality as far as weave and lacquer goes.
It needed the slots dremelling out where the tabs from the fairing fits in as they where too tight, but the fit is as good as the oem belly pan, and all bolt holes line up spot on.

I haven't dan, no. I was contemplating the sprocket cover, but don't really want to add more now.

I think the air duct covers wi be that last of the carbon for me . Thought about carbon air ducts them selfs but they will be covered so if i do change for race ones i will just get plastic .

I have a race front sprocket guard in carbon but it is for race set up and won't fit at the moment . shame as it leaves the front sprocket on show

All part of my plan to get 1:1 power to weight ratio ... I recall a Suzuki 600 that blitz 'The Ring' with full carbon fairing

Think it was in Performance Bikes ???????????

On route as we speak. And as I need the rears every now and then I might remove them and fit the extra hangers and have them powder coated.
