    Little feckin' scrotes. They only look 6 stone wet through. Unfortunately videos like this just show how blasé they are about it, as bike theft is a way of life in London sadly.

    I see them near me all the time razzing around on nicked scooters with no helmets on. Managed to get shots of some repeat offenders with my DSLR once, which the police used to nick them as they were well-known to them.
