    Basically yes.
All the info you need will be on the organisers web site but just get there for 7am ish, find a garage, sign in then at 8am they have a briefing; they will put you into 3 novice groups as its a novice only day then the first group goes out for sighting laps which is 3 super slow laps so you get the idea of what's where then you get 20 min sessions through the day, usually 4 in the morn and 3 in the afternoon.
Just go and enjoy yourself and don't worry about being anything special, they are great fun and you'll be back for more !!!!

Also its a good idea if your using a road bike to tape your speedo up and remove your mirrors.

You'll have a great time - very addictive.

    Enjoy it.
Don't worry, ask the organisers about anything if you're not sure and prepare for the addiction, not many people only do one track day!

Take it easy , go at your own pace, learn the track , build up your pace , its not a race , enjoy !

be sure to ask whoever is running the tyre service about tyre pressures,as even though it will be cold they will need lowering, and they will pump them back up for you at the end of the day.

but the most important thing is to just relax, ride and have fun.(which you will)
