I’ve seen somewhere a mention of ultimate addon heated grips, has anyone had any problem with battery drain with these? Also looking at a brand called Daytona, has anyone used this brand either?

    thanks in advance

Ive got oxford sportsbike heated grips and not had a problem with them.
They automatically turn off after a min or so of turning bike off.
Honda oem ones look the neatest but they are about £350 whereas the oxford ones are about £60

You can get genuine Honda ones for the VFR1200 for £99 on eBay. No idea how you wire them in though

@raphael I have used Daytona heated grips before. Worked ok but not as many settings as say Oxford. The integrated controller looks good but on the RR7 I used to hit the main beam switch rather than the controller if not careful.

Also heard good things about Koso heated grips.

4EEA7536-E696-4CA5-A311-9F0643EB98F2.jpeg I’ve got ultimate addons heated grips which are identical to the koso, they work very well and you don’t have the separate controller.

Warm enough for me, there’s five settings, small button under the led, keep pressing it and the led changes colour from green through to red.
