I think Zeepony (Chris) is doing it, anyone else. Chris are you taking the SRAD, K7, or the Blade? Also are we going to take cameras for some onboard antics?
Bastard eyesight!! Thought it said OLDHAM..... Crap, got my hopes up thinking someone sneaked a new ribbon of tarmac into the countryside within 15 mins of my house.
I'd love to do Odiham but I'm off to Canada on the 26th. I wouldn't get excited about anything going on in Oldham (maybe it getting levelled), I'm just glad to be out of there!
Sorry mate , would love to , but non of the Odiham dates, including Snetterton, work for me this year!!!
I can't wait, feels like an age since I have been on track although my last excursion was short lived.
Well what a day..........pretty much rain stopped play until 3pm and then so many people had left that they let us have an open pit session till 5pm Zeepony (Chris) was going very well on the GSXR 1000 and once he went past me i was unable to keep up with the outright speed of the thing. Those tyres you were running on the GSXR were very good Chris when you consider how wet it was, the overbanding and the fact that at no stage were you hanging around. My GoPro gave up the ghost after 8mins, the memory card was full. We were kept in parc ferme till about 7mins 54s so i go no footage at all except Chris and Dougie messing around when i turned the cam on. On the plus side i was invited to ride in the NBC in Zolder at the end of May, do you fancy doing this sometime Chris as i think we can do it as a team on the club bike
Yoyo! Man, it was a bit of a soaking! Ice got quite a bit of footage so I'll post it up for those interested. Tyres were Michelin road 3's - loads of confidence on them, really nice. Yes mate, I'm up for that! But I think I'd need to loose about 5 stone to get on a 600 these days! Will post when footage is ready
