Based solely on looks, I'd say the Ixon.

Agree with above: on looks only, the Ixon. I'm not a fan of speed humps though and have had them deleted on my orders. With respect to those who have them, I just feel they're pretentious for road riding.

They serve a good purpose in protecting your neck road or track. Not sure if you knew that.

They sure do, saved me from severe whiplash/ neck hyperextension following a T bone incident exiting a roundabout.

I have a set of Ixon leathers and gloves, seriously impressed. I just sold a set of Alpinestars leathers and gloves as the Ixons just felt so much better and more quality. (I had both at the same time so was an easy comparison)

Ixon is becoming a more popular choice now, not just amongst road riders, but also in Moto gp etc etc.

Didn’t know that about the hump.

Interesting comment Paulo...I’ve got some Astars currently and feel I need the change o_O:rolleyes:

Same for me, so getting from sportsbikeshop gives that extra peace of mind in the event they’re not as expected and I want to return ‘em

I couldn't get astars to zip up around my calf muscle, tried a load on and ended up with a spidi suit in the end. They are great with send and returns though I'll give them that. If the astars will fit though that suit is bloody nice in the flesh, I was gutted when it wouldn't fit

I've never been one for one piece suits, but this Ixon looks good. I guess the fit is critical for these. I might even explore a bit further:).

Spyke leathers were one of my favourites, had a couple of sets of those. But the best suit I ever owned by far was a Clover RC100 race suit, fit was perfect in everyway, legs and arms were nice and tight, I hate bagginess in those areas, problem was after a while, zipping them up over my middle aged pot belly that just seemed to appear one day! unless you have a completely flat stomach you couldn't breath in them:eek:

    Would love another set though:)

    IXON suit ordered

Tried to get a price match with FC-Moto DE but the rules state it must be in the UK, but the nice folks at Sportsbikeshop gave me 10% off which came to £70 :)

3-5 days delivery from manufacturer to them then onto me. Hope the fekker fits me!
