    Cripes,

I just want to replace my moth eaten Honda Racing Screen and go for something with a bit more height and darkness lol ..

Went out to the bike to assess the job .. looks like the hole nose has to come off?

06-07 (and probably 04-05) nose stays on. Just remove mirrors to make it a tad easier to get the screen in/out.

I changed my standard Honda screen to an MRA. No need to remove nose cone, just loosened the mirror nuts to give more flex and remove the 4 screen screws.

+1 Phpbiker All you do is remove the 4 bolts you can see but the screen has a little lug that tucks under the nose fairing so lift away gently. Also each bolt has a rubber and nylon washer so keep those safe. The soft rubber sleeves for the nuts need to be pushed through the new screen before fitting.

This is my dark MRA double bubble screen fitted a few weeks ago......

BTW some people mount a go pro to view through the screen. If you're ever going to do that don't get a dark one!

Take care and a mate if possible to help you ease the old screen out. Those little rubber washer/grommet things can get brittle. I stuck mine it warm soapy water for ten mins to soften for reuse but if you get new kit you should get new fixers Then I refitted them -trouble was I used too much fairy liquid and dropped the bastard into the belly pan. Washed them and got it right second time. Not too difficult as the guys above say.
