If you order a laptop you will need to contact the manufacturer of the laptops to find out if they are government regulated or if they are classified as EAR99. If the item is regulated by the government then please provide us with the ECCN # which you may obtain from the manufacturer. Thanks for the info, in the past I've had stuff sent to our office in the states then got them to put with their shipments to us! But I know they don't like doing that so this will be useful
That could be really useful as fleabay seems to be adding, or trying to add import taxes on at the checkout.
