    You'll need to read the DTC codes.
    The plug is under the battery (red plug) short it with a paper clip and turn the ignition on. the dash light will flash and give an indication of the error.

    Potentially you might have knocked one of the sensors perhaps?

    I’d check the sensor mountings are tight and that they are aligned correctly

    I assume the slotted rings are still on the wheels, and the front is the right way round. Maybe a pic or two might help with diagnosis
