I recently removed the wheels on my 2009 C-ABS blade to get some new tyres fitted and since refitting them, the ABS light on the dash has been stuck permanently on when riding. Not flashing (I've had that before in the past and fixed with a fluid bleed), but solid ON. It was fine before, but now I'm left with brakes that feel horrible due to no ABS and no solid feel at the lever.

Before I go around stabbing blindly at the wheel sensors, ABS fuse, diagnostics etc. - has anyone had this before or know what the reason for the fault may be?

    Cheers!

You'll need to read the DTC codes.
The plug is under the battery (red plug) short it with a paper clip and turn the ignition on. the dash light will flash and give an indication of the error.

Potentially you might have knocked one of the sensors perhaps?

I’d check the sensor mountings are tight and that they are aligned correctly

I assume the slotted rings are still on the wheels, and the front is the right way round. Maybe a pic or two might help with diagnosis
