Aldi thermal gear is good n cheap :)

Id stay clear from proper bike shops and go to outdoor shops for thermal wear, kit is as good if not better and much cheaper priced rather than rip off bike shops :)

Go outdoors or cotswolds or decathlon shops are your best bet :)

I use the EDZ stuff and find it works a treat, also helps keep you from
    sweating in the summer.

Another big fan of the Aldi bike kit - not uncommon for a load of us to appear in April with matching Aldi windproof tops!

Think its Crane sports brand, not sure when it will next be in stock mind as it was on their weekly special buys

I've had some Lidl ones and Aldi, and yes, they seem to perform as well as much dearer ones do.

I moved to the EDZ ones just because I found them a better fit but the
    cheaper ones definitely work alright.

Mega quality is "icebreaker" - kept me toasty at -29C skiing in Canada. Can buy from ellis-brigham.com

Another EDZ fan here, excellent kit I have used for years and IMO good value as well, I have base layer, wind stopper top and trousers and their fleece :)

Because she wears so much heated kit, I'd just wrap myself around Nutty to keep warm.
