Well I suppose I better kick this this off.

First off this is bike is being shared between myself and Shinysideup, and all costs being split making it easier in the pocket, and we can have a laugh getting it ready for track.

As per my previous thread about thinking of buying a track bike, I came across a few bikes that fitted the bill. 1 off which was 1 of Daz's mates, and the other 1 came across by word of mouth from our very own Jimbo.

We ended up choosing the 1 Jimbo had contacted me about as I actually knew the bike and who owned it. Our very own Givover's bike that he had unfortunately had an off with.

With the bike only being a year old with little over 4k miles it was something that we couldn't refuse once Andy had kindly checked over for us. Thanks mate.

Anyway a few picks of the bike as it stands, and I'll carry on the thread as and when it comes together.

And a quick pic of the bike now all the plastics have been removed and the rear subframe has been straightend up.

It's a 750 dude I had the wheels painted prior to pick up from the showroom .
Glad it's gone to a couple of top lads .....I think mad Matt might be slightly worried now.

It could be like a newer version of my much loved 'Fridge' - so funny when I get a text 'Al, can I use the Fridge for Donny in a few weeks time'

However I expect FMK2 (Fridge MK2) will look slightly sharper!

The bike will be sorted by the time it gets on track mate. With the BPF's, Brembo brakes and a few other bits that we will add as it progresses, it will be a cracking bike.

    Ok quick update.

Few small pieces ordered. New clutch cable, steering damper, and race clipons.

Just waiting on word coming back for a set of fairings.

From there we will need a set of clocks, clock bracket and tidy a few other parts up.
