I have a 2008 white and black blade and i am wanting to change the front nose cone from the standard black to a white 1 to try to improve the look a bit. if anybody knows where 1 of these is available please let me know as i would like to get 1 before the season starts again

Yes i have been to a few local spray shops but they were quoted £120-£140 and then i have nothing to sell to get some money back. i have looked into getting the motografix kit as they do look quite appealing. how easy is it to fit as i have put some decals on the nose before but they were very difficult to get on flat because lines of the nose

thanks very much for the shout but im not very handy with spaners, i like to just take things to a garage and let them deal with it, i probably could do it but then i dont fancy not having the bike for a week or 2 whilst the nose is sent away then waiting for it to come back, i knew my quotes were quite expensive and that is a good price, i will keep that in mind though if all else fails, thanks once again

The graphix are ok to fit .. you wet the nose so that you can peel it off if it is not right .. its very thick and you heat it with a hair dryer first to get it supple . when positioned you push out all water and air bubbles and leave to set . goes rock solid and is about 3mm thick gel so very protective

I have a ventureshield protective layer on the nose at the moment. will it be ok to fit a motografix number board over the top of it or will it have to be removed first

I just put the motografix number board on my bike today, easy to fit and looks great. Well happy with mine but it is pricey at over £50
