Nope they won't fit, the shaft size is slightly bigger on the 06/07 so you would have to replace the whole clutch basket etc
theres a 6/7 grarbox £200 and a complete 6/7 clutch £75 from same seller on ebay will try to find him if you buy both items it will fit
Yesterday my gear box completly gone also make small hole in engine case. I'm stupid idiot Any body know how or who can weld engine case?
Well if the case is usable apart from that damage and depending what you want cosmetically, it could be a reasonably easy fix. Yes you can weld it but I would consider a bodge fix (or a second hand case) getting some 3mm aluminium sheet and using an adhesive. I have seen this done before with good long lasting results, drilling it and putting a bolt in if the clearance is sufficient is another option the list of remedy's is endless, only your imagination will number them. Good Luck, Mike.
Hi Adamos, nasty little punch hole that, as a welding company owner i must say that we do lots of repairs on engine casings, we have a fireblade crankcase in at the moment awaiting repair. To repair the casing properly you would have to strip the motor, so best fix as one of the other guys has already mentioned is to either patch over it or JB Weld over it, whichever you do make sure it is spotless before applying JB weld or adhesive for patch. Use acetone or brake cleaner.
i'd be more worried what other damage it has done inside, but you wont know that till you strip it apart and have a good look.
Evening,do believe its 32mm, having recently removed ours this is what we did : engaged a gear locked the engine sprocket with a sprocket clamp and undid nut, was seriously tight don't forget to lift the little locking tab which is part of the nut. Fortunately for us we are a fabricating company and able to make one off tools ie sprocket clamp, but you can improvise and lock the sprocket by other means.
