I've picked this up cheap and am doing her up for a bit of fun whilst Mrs graveltrap is busy doing the uni work for her masters. I don't intend to keep it just make a bit to fund another project. it's a 2005 and was /is a bit rough. I've done a service of oil and filters new fork seals and oil as old ones leaking new grips throttle cable and hot start carb cleaned and new jets in a new chain and sprockets are going on ive done the valve clearance polished up the pipe and next its paint frame sort bodywork and shes done .
So amazing looking at the 'slight' frame and swing arm after constantly seeing our 1 litre stuff! Good to see your garage/workshop space being used effectively.
at the moment @nigelrb my workshop has the old dt 250 in the corner my rr4 the kxf and a mk 2 golf track car and a polo dune both belonging to my cus. I'm getting full !
the 2005 is the last of the steel frame kawasakis the swingarm looks slight but is strong as alloy job. I'm tempted to give it a daytime mot but it's really got to just be a flip over job to fund another.
Had a kx125 post getting a job (schoolboy Mx days) loved it. Looks like a good find and will be even better when you’re finished with it
Thank fuck for that, although I knew that before you made the assumption as I’m not a vacuous oxygen thief so they would have no interest in me,
