Yeah it's painfull. I've had trouble with both.it needs a good massaging. Get some oil and rub in a circular motion over the bone. It's better if Someone else dose it cause it hurts. It's ment be painful when doing it. Keep doing it as often as u can. Buy some kinesiology tape. If u go on the internet there's vids showing how to apply it. That will strengthen it with no loss of movement. U can leave it on after showering as well. Decathlon sell it. There's also some good straps from there and ice packs. They tend to take a bit heal.
