    I'm struggling here.
Out of boredom I decided to put my standard exhaust back on my bike. Taking the Yoshi off is a doddle.
But...I can't refit the servo cables to the servo motor. There just isn't enough slack to hook the cables on the motor.
    Suggestions? please.
I can't even find anything on Youtube.

    DONE IT

I took the plastic pulley off the servo. That pesky grub screw needs to come right out as it passes through the spindle. You still need to apply a bit of effort but it is possible to get the plastic pulley back on.
DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE THE BLACK PLASTIC SHROUD ON THE CABLES. THE ADJUSTER CABLE MUST BE THREADED THROUGH THE SHROUD. Otherwise you have to take it all off again...don't you Kevin

When changing exhausts i just wind the round server part back so it is in the open setting so you can hook it in
Mine is a 2013 model though

When you start the bike it then resets

Hi Kevin, I've just put my standard can back on my 18 as well. I left the cables off though, decided it wasn't worth it as it ran well with the Arrow on so it can't be any worse. What I would say is.....have you tried fitting the cables to the servo first, then to the exhaust afterwards, obviously you'll need the exhsust off to attach the cables at that end to finish.

Just a thought as its what I was going to try if I'd of put the cables back in place.

Have you had a Honda dealer lock out the servo. If not, it can damage the servo
