I've changed to a 190/55 tyre on the rear and found that the tyre fouls on the rear mudguard at the top, its an aftermarket carbon fibre one, has anyone had this issue with the stock mudguard?

    Cheers!

No but similar in that I couldn't get a tyre warmer between the mudguard and tyre. I added some washers at the faster points on top of the swingarm to lift the mudguard. If you need a neater solution you could measure how many washers it needs to do this and get spacers made up/printed.

That's what I was thinking it'll lift the hugger so that the side bolt won't line up but I could always fab a bracket and put an extra bolt in
