Might just be the pic @Lozzy , but your shift arm looks much closer to the frame than mine (thus why you've got the translogic rod on the outside...
I've got the same setup @Lozzy... try flipping your translogic rod to the other side.. I expect that will solve your selecting issue.. can't help...

I use a yoke mount for track days, rock steady, easy to fit and obviously leaves no residue or marks.....

well I've gone with the GPR powercone, only fitted it the other week, will have to get a proper noise test but it sits somewhere in between stock...
Yeah was very tempted, I couldn't risk it as my AR can got me kicked off Silverstone last year.... they are testing now at 7500rpm if you trip...
Just remember if you do go down the Aftermarket route, Road Legal DOES NOT mean it will pass a noise test at the quieter tracks.. worth checking...
