In all honesty a master cylinder and brake lines with the standard callipers is more than enough. I'd put the cash for the callipers elsewhere...
I upgraded to brembo callipers and master cylinder. Zero issues since and wished I'd done it sooner

It's underneath the brake lever assembly. A short screw driver is all you need. Have a look and see for yourself. It ain't hard
2 minute job. Philips screwdriver and undo/redo wire clips. Job done
The HM runs off the front coils in a piggy back system. It won't be the HM that's causing the fault then mate
That's a leovince Carbon infil panel. Don't think they are available any longer, though you may find 1 for sale on here now and again
