I've just done my 08 with k tech pro shock and full cartridge kit up front. Totally changed the bike for the better.
bang an ohlins or k tech in there, or nitron if a cheaper option is required.
ive just put a k tech pro and k tech cartridge kit in my 08 blade, made a hugh difference to the bike. definatly go for the external pre load...

seems a good idea, its only number two exhaust pipe that caused the problem, might be worth just doing that one.
