That's a seat protector to beef up the fibreglass tail unit..... for that particular tail section (pro fibre).

I had same one on mine but had to mod rear subframe (end joining bolt gets cut off) with just yourself riding no real issues but I bridged frame...
I had my Bpf forks done by ktech and the Showa rear was re valved.... transformed the handling on my track bike.... and not for mega bucks either....
Got a standard set from a earlier bike..... could be modded with internals ? I guess you want an actual ohlins or ready made up set ??
