You have tightened the front wheel bolts in wrong order, check the manual.
if you mean difference between S-H10R6L and S-H10R7, the first one doesn't fit to abs models and/or to fairings of 12-> model abs or not.
When checking the oil level at cold engine (over night etc..) you may get false reading, cause there always drains some amount of oil from oil...

It's one of the fuel tank's breather tubes. Open end comes from that little hole in tank. everything is ok.
