No need to remove the tank, just remove the two side bolts and lift it up. Took me about an hour or so to fit my PC5 to my 04RR. Just be careful...

Dyno figures fluctuate massively. There are so many variables to consider, ambient temperature, grip generated by the rear tyres, dyno type....
It's not the valve check that costs the big money it's the adjustment that does if the tolerances are out.
