You'll be way better off contacting the makers to find out why their torque value is lower than standard I'd be very suprised if 33Lbft would be...
I'm not 100% sure it'll fit with any of the aftermarket wheels but all the ones I've looked at have similar hubs so there shouldn't be any...
No probs, mine needs it's service done, I can do it myself but I'd like to keep the stamps up to date in the book ...... rock and a hard place...
