Yeah more exhaust tech thread, But after advice on how my bike is behaving after fitting the scorpion i m gonna need one fitted more expense:(...
Na only had the bike for 3 months and on the service history there is just the usual stuff
standard mate whats the cost with the dyno set up (roughly?)
spoke to a mate about this he seems to think ill need a power commander? bike rides ok at speed but at low speeds real jerky on the thottle:(
Took it for a spin today no more leaking and having to ride without the baffel as the end of it fell off, proper loud till i get it repaired....
will check through it again tomo made sure the pipe went to the bottom at both ends before tighten them up but if the clip weren tight enough it...
was quite a bit coming out on both joints gonna tighten them again tomo as far as the engine feels like its hunting if that makes sense could this...
Samuk your servo box was in better nick than mine the bolts were seized to the casing, anyway this morning traced the wires back to that coil...
you be very helpful pal but il have another look in the morning at the box as in try and take it off pull the wires through then put it back...
couldn get to it is it gonna be a problem??
took the fairing off lifted the tank traced the wires back to this kinda of pully box so went back to the exhaust side and cut through both wires...

other end?? fuel tank end? plugs or? if cut off where does it go?

Ok guys had an hour on this earlier and the exhaust bolts and brackets are in a bad:( way!, first had to cut through one on the heat shield bolts...

cheers so the servo only to be used with stock? whats it for? if disconnected will the fault light FI light engage when riding??
ok do you have to disconnect the servo wire to get the stock one out then put back once the new one is installed??
