Sounds like you have done everything possible pal. Surely though the adjuster simply moves the lever back and forth, it should still be pressing...
It's just a stepped cog type thing, I don't think there is a spring in there. Even if there was I don't think that would have any effect on your...

I don't know anywhere that does looms specifically pal. There are places that you can send it off and they will make it to however you want it....
