It is good mate, you don't get loads of track time 3 15min session, but you do get training.

I did the Ron haslam first, gave me confidence to then use my own, I think u can get novice only and road bike only track days so your not getting...
I had some thing similar to this and on a track day I managed to unscrew the top off it, but saying that I never had a heel gaurd fitted
