The gain with the RCS is the adjustable fulcrum, it changes the characteristics of the lever, or the feel. Plus brembo engineering.
Never use them, Brembo's are easy to bleed, they will even bleed themselves if you leave the bleeder open long enough. Just don't forget to bleed...
