Bingo Dave. It was indeed the crankshaft sensor. Car now starts and runs fine.
Cool ill look at some fuses and relay's etc One guy said it may be the Crank sensor so i'll try and check that too

I'd do everything Mr OCD says but take it a step further and check shock linkage bearings and swing arm linkage bearings too.
