Just ride it As you normally would but avoid full throttle/red line until oil changed at 600 miles. You can't hurt it.
Had a look and they only need moving if you remove the rear wheel as to get the wheel out the alloy spacers/mounts have to come out.
To use on a paddock stand inthink you have to take the bobbins out of them and fit in the swingarm lugs each time which is a bit of a pain.
