i managed to wear my drc's down to the bands in just under 2500 miles but even at that stage the tyre still held a very nice shape to it
that is also my opinion, because the 55 profile is a taller tyre even when it starts to wear it becomes more of a rounded tyre instead of squaring...
cant fault them for grip but i would have liked to get a few more miles out of them
i also forgot this is a excess protection policy so its even better
