Yes aluminium that is anodised and then painted, bolts will only have soft anodising which quickly wears off, I also wouldn't use aluminium bolts...
Go titanium much better than stainless or aluminium! Stainless can still corrode unless medical grade

Quick tip when changing the headers over get new studs and nuts to replace the old ones! And a stud extractor to take the old studs out
If they are yoshi headers then they should just swop straight over
You tried oiling the lock? Sometimes soaking in oil and giving a tap with a hammer sorts out a stuck lock
Ecu reset is starting the bike and letting it idle until both fans kick in with out revving it at all Am sure someone will correct if it's wrong
