I'd say you'd get 3-5bhp tops? But not always about numbers, it's about delivery and where the power is. Guessing yours is a road bike hence...

Think it's steep but.... Pretty certain that he had to remove wheel (rear caliber already off though) and he isn't supplying tyre so will charge...
