Have you had it properly mapped or just loaded a map yourself on the PC? You normally remove it when getting mapped as you can get false readings...

Came off my 2009 track bike, it plugs directly into loom so no cutting of wires etc. I have one fob and maybe a second but would need to check....
Make sure both front and rear are working as sometimes a blown bulb can mess around with how they work. Assuming they are standard and no LED...
