It's a grey area, technically speaking if a bike was sold in the UK with lights it's should have lights, also just coz it passes an MOT does not...

We've always fitted a reflector but looking at regs:- It is possible due to a exception in regultion4(3)(a)of the road vechicle lighting...
Rear reflector as said and an electric horn.
