No issues with my HM racing QS in over 15k miles now. Keep in mind the new base model blade I don't think has a QS... SP and SP2 only iirc.

23 is O2 sensor IIRC... sounds to me its been removed from exhaust change but not plugged back in ...
It will run ok, but for best / correct running it needs a power commander and custom map.
