i did similar I placed a small plastic washer under the nut. that way the bolt bites sooner and easier.

you are right they were resistors, and you are right again using rizomas spec for hondas means using both sets of resistors. BUT i tried one set...
the Rizomas will come with relays matey! Mine did anyhow :)
