Just remove the lower fairing. Its fairly easy when you've had it on and off a few times. Only 4 allen bolts and its pretty much off.
I bought 10 M6 x 20mm button screws from Phil. These will fit the mudguard and the tank cover with no issues.
Looks like it will soon be time to replace the chain. Bikes only done 5k miles. I guess the factory chains don't last all that long. 530P 116...
Standard nut in rear is 32mm

Yep hairdryer to warm up the adhesive and then just peel it off. Use some brake cleaner or WD40 to remove any remaining sticky glue residue...

Changing the caliper over will involve bleeding the rear brake. Its pretty easy to do. I bleed my brakes using the syringe method. Works a treat.
