I checked the battery voltage and it was 12.6 volts. A healthy battery should show 13.2 volts ie 6 cells @ 2.2v/cell. With no load, and @ 12.8...
If it does turn out to be the kill switch, short the cnut out. It's just another 'stop' button that ya don't need and something else to go wrong.
