Did mine over Christmas. They were in good condition with plenty of grease in . Gave them a clean and topped up with grease [ATTACH] [ATTACH]done...

@Lock when you do the valve clearance let us all know what gaps are and mileage just on with mine and two need adjusting at 16000 o_O Noticed...
