Nose cone is the hardest bit ... I gave in and got a pro to do that. Rest I did myself ... It takes a good few hours to do full kit. Don't rush it...

Well the tuner has modified the existing map from 4000rpm to 6000rpm ... Across all TP... So I will be trying that out once the map switch...
So the cruising area (motorway) is typically 20-40% TP? It feels I'm barely turning the throttle on the motorway to maintain speed... thought it...
