The SP seat cowl will fit all bikes from 08 onwards! Mines an 08 and it fits fine

Oxford or motrax do some short leads that have bullet connectors one end and oem fittings the other is what I used to splice my aftermarket rear...

Might be worth checking the charging voltage on the battery and when turned off! Should be about 14v when running and charging, and over 12.7v...
