16000 mile service is the bigger service mate. This is the service where the valve clearances get checked.
Next to the battery there is a red connector. Sometimes it's under the fuse box

I had a go on Al's last year and it honestly was going 20mph faster than I thought it was. I had to really watch what I was doing in the 30/40...

I wouldn't bother with the resistor blocks mate as they at times can fail and also heat up a fair bit. You can get a indicator relay that...
