That's right going from open to closed throttle in 1st and 2nd results in shunting ... Holding a tiny bit of throttle in those gears at low speed...
It's much better but still not 100% so it's going for mapping in three weeks :)
Not complaining at all... Means I can afford to use my petrol turbo LC a bit more often...
Good choice ... Same as mine but I don't have ABS. How do you find the fueling at low revs / small throttle movements? Get some tank grips ......

Too many additional modules ... All you need is a power commander for tuning and a HRC quickshifter for any road bike and even that's good enough...
