I doubt the disc as mine felt wooden with OEM and aftermarket discs! More likely the calliper needs a good clean and perhaps new seals

Yes you can get 43t sprocket as have one on mine but I am running talon rear sprocket on Oz wheels, but you should be able to get for std wheels
