I havent noticed it yet but that tweek the clutch lever does on the downshift is annoying......and how loud is selecting first gear :o
have you got a power commander on it?
prob is the suspension set up wrong then. get a mate, some beers, a tape measure and make an evening of it lol...

oh and if you came from a fast turning bike to a blade it does feel like a slow turning lump of a bike.
could be the rear sag too soft or/and the front too hard which would make the bike not want to corner as quick as it should. have you checked it...
